Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

Amazing hotel, large and very nice rooms. Food was amazing, especially the Italian restaurant. Must have been the best Italian food we ever had outside of Italy. Staff was great, very friendly and personal. The beach is quite some steps down the cliff, but worth it very much (transfer available as well). The beach is great, sand, the colors and the waves are amazing! Very nice initiative of the hotel to clean the beach weekly with guests invited.

Don’t hesitate just book this hotel! I was a bit sceptical when booking it as some of the reviews were negative, but after spending 4 days here this place is a solid 10! The grounds of the resort are beautiful and well kept, every single member of the staff is amazing and friendly, the room is modern, beautiful and super clean - we let our 1 year old baby crawl around it was so clean! The breakfast buffet is very versatile suitable to both Asian and European palates. The resort is super kid friendly, the kids club is clean and well equipped, gym is also great. Room service was fast and tasty. Regarding some of the negative comments - yes there are a few tiles missing from the pool and there are loud frogs giving a concert at night, but that just adds to the jungle charm of this place. Wish we stayed longer!

The family room and its location to the pool and the kids club were amazing. The breakfast was stunning. The direct access to naithon beach and its surrounding was very nice too.

Nai Thon beach is a great beach in the north of Phuket. The village has several good and relatively cheap local restaurants, a market, lots of friendly fruit and seafood vendors, lots of shade on the beach and the locals are very friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, the ocean view rooms are irresistible. The terrace from which you watch the waves will remain in our memory. The hotel staff is also friendly. The infinity pool was amazing.

Pullman Arcadia Phuket is a slice of paradise that exceeded all our expectations! The hotel’s stunning landscaping and beautifully maintained gardens create a serene and picturesque atmosphere that feels like a tropical haven. The pools are equally spectacular, perfectly positioned to offer breathtaking views that make relaxation effortless. While the amenities and views are truly remarkable, it was the incredible hospitality that made our stay unforgettable. Though I don’t remember the names of the staff, each team member was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and supportive, always going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the lush surroundings to the impeccable service, every detail of our experience was thoughtfully curated. Pullman Arcadia Phuket is a destination I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility.
